Musee Guimet des Arts Asiatiques

As we arrived at the Asian Art Museum I was very pleased to find out that what I had read about the museum was true. No lines, no waiting, no crowds. After the Louvre it was a pleasant change. Admission was only 7.50 Euros and my daughter Melissa was free. In Paris age 25 and under have either free admission or reduced ticket prices. A good to know fact ! Because there were no crowds to speak of Melissa and I were able to wander through the the 4 floors of this museum at our leisure as we tried to find the must see artifacts on the museum map. I was totally fascinated with the Asian Art and must confess I took many pictures to discuss with my students. They will make great visuals for our Asian population of students to relate to while at the same time they will serve as fabulous culture images for all students. Food for the day - apple juice !!!
